Use for the treatment of anaphylactoid shock.
Dosage: Cattle, horses, sheep, swine: 1 ml of 1:1000 solution per 100 lbs. of body weight, given SQ. Dogs and cats: 0.1 to 0.5 mL of 1:1000 solution, given SQ.
Epinephrine 1 mg., prepared with the aid of Hydrochloric Acid, Sodium Bisulfite 1 mg., Sodium Chloride 9 mg., Chlorobutanol (chloral derivative) (preservative) 5 mg., Water for Injection q.s.
Parenterally: Cattle, Horses, Sheep and Swine: 1 mL of 1:1000 solution per 100 pounds of body weight injected subcutaneously or intramuscularly. Dogs and Cats: 0.1 to 0.5 mL of 1:1000 solution injected subcutaneously or intramuscularly.
